Shipping & returns.
Every shirt is printed when you order it. Here's exactly what happens next, what it costs, and what we do if something isn't right.
1. We print it
Your shirt goes into production within 2–3 business days of your order.
2. It ships with tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment the carrier scans it in.
3. It lands on your porch
US delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after production.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. Starting rates for a single tee:
- United States — from $4.95, 3–5 business days after production
- Canada — from $6.79
- United Kingdom — from $2.99
- Europe — from $2.99 (Germany) / $3.49 (most EU countries)
- Australia & New Zealand — from $8.39
- Everywhere else — from $10.39
International delivery takes longer than domestic and varies by destination. Import duties, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & reprints
Because every shirt is printed for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We do stand behind the print, though: if anything below happens, message us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it. You never have to ship anything back.
How to start: email or use the contact form with your order number, a photo of the issue, and whether you'd prefer a reprint or a refund. We reply within one business day.
Covered for 30 days
- Arrived damaged or torn
- Misprinted, faded or off-centre print
- Wrong size or colour sent
- Package lost in transit (tracking stalled)
